1. - To develop the Second Biennial of Performance 2008 as an allowed practice in the visual arts scene that promotes an artistic-cultural experiences of exchanging between national and foreigner creators. This way an original platform of culture will be consolidated to generate new sights in the contemporary chilean art.

2. - To cause an artistic-cultural mode of education to obtain a progressive comprehension of the performance like a plural, asymmetric and integral masterpiece.

3. - To promote a permanent practice able to generate a dialog that place Chile like an exchange center in the issue of performance art.
